Dear Governor Keating,

I have recently become aware of the parole recommendation of William Foster DOC#252721. I would at this time like to address Mr. Foster progress while being incarcerated. I have supervised Mr. Foster since being here at NFCF as his Unit Manager.

I have review Mr. Foster records since his incarceration and I will list below what he has accomplished.

These are just a few of the things that Mr. Foster has completed and has been assistance on. He has showed nothing but respect and is cordial to the prison staff. His knowledge of computers and corporate operations has been a benefit to us here at NFCF on a daily basis.

I have worked in prisons for a many number of years. I rarely intervene on any inmate behalf. Mr. Foster and his case are definitely an exception and I hope that you will grant his parole. This would give Mr. Foster the chance I believe he deserves to be reunited with his family.

Thank you for your consideration in this matter.

Sincerely,

Danny Earls
Unit Manager
