Dear Governor Keating,

My name is Chris Howard, I am currently a Case Manager/Information System Manager at North Fork Correctional Facility. I am writing the following letter in regards to the recent parole recommendation of William Foster DOC#252721. Mr. Foster has been on my caseload since his arrival at the facility in July.

As Mr. Foster Case Manager I have had the opportunity to complete his classsification, observe him in his surroundings and talk with him on a daily basis. Mr. Foster shows nothing but respect to all officers and staff at North Fork.

Mr. Foster has been employed in the computer literacy lab as a tutor since his arrival and has been a great help to the teachers and myself as the Information System Manager at this facility. He not only helps the teachers but has been a dependable asset in keeping the computers and network system functioning.

I do not normally do this, but I will hope that you will put much thought into Mr. Fosters parole recommendation. His work and dependability will be hard to replace but his parole would benefit his family and society in greater ways.

Sincerely,

Chris Howard
