Letter from Mark Klink, Addiction Treatment Manager to Governor Keating

Dear Governor Keating,

My name is Mark Klink. I work as the Addictions Treatment Manager at the North Fork Correctional Facility in Syre and had the opportunity to meet with you earlier this year when you were at North Fork.

I am writing you regarding Inmate Will Foster, DOC #252721. I understand he has been recommended for parole. Please know that Mr. Foster has been a great asset to this facility while incarcerated here. His knowledge of computers and corporate operations has been a benefit to the Program Department and the Education Department. He has provided direction for our teachers in assisting them with writing of lesson plans a nd tutoring in the Computer Lab daily.

I have been in Law Enforcement and/or Corrections at the local, state and federal levels for several years and have never attempted to intevene on behalf of any convicted felon, until now. Mr. Foster and his case are definitely an exception and I would urge you to sign his parole.

Thank you for your consideration on this matter.
