[HARMRED] leaving HEPPAC/Casa Segura

Hello,

After 10 years as HEPPAC/Casa Segura's Executive Director, I have decided to
leave and pursue the world of Coaching/Consultant. The 10 years at HEPPAC
have been the best 10 years of my working career, the challenges HEPPAC have
faced and overcome have been the most exciting learning experiences I could
have wished for. I have had the pleasure of working with the most
interesting and dedicated people a movement could have. To see the growth of
this movement has been incredible, from finally having the State of
California provide funding to Syringe Exchange programs to having the
Federal Ban being lifted.

The staff at HEPPAC are the most dedicated, talented and caring folks I have
ever met and I leave knowing the vision will continue.

I will still be involved in Harm Reduction work, I will be working as a
Coach and Consultant, helping syringe programs build their programs. I will
be doing some work with Harm Reduction Coalition in New York.
