[HARMRED] Overdose response: Naloxone versus Artificial respiration??

Hi all

Can people please tell me of their experiences with the effectiveness of:
(i) ONLY mouth-to-mouth resuscitation as compared to (ii) mouth-to-mouth
PLUS administering Naloxone, during heroin overdose events?

I realize there are numerous other factors to consider, but I'm trying to
keep the question above nice and simple.  The jury still seems out... There
is some debate in Southeast Asian countries as to whether they should push
to have Naloxone widely available.

I'd really appreciate people's thoughts & experiences
