[HARMRED] 2011 International HR Conference

I was very surprised to see that IHRA intends to hold their next 
conference in Beirut (Lebanon), likely a beautiful place to visit, 
but has it has caused IHRA to acknowledge one NASTY bit of prejudice!

The following in bold lettering at their webpage telling of the 
conference at http://www.ihra.net/visas :

        Please note travellers holding passports that contain visas or
        entry/exit stamps for Israel will be refused entry into Lebanon.

I feel that holding this conference in a place openly preventing free 
travel violates the nature and spirit of harm reduction. If you think 
IHRA can improve upon this choice please speak up to encourage IHRA 
to find a more humanitarian location for its conference.
