[HARMRED] OD/narcan in shelters

Hey everyone,

Wondering if anyone has a policy that's been written for shelters that 
either have staff trained in od response and keep narcan on site, or 
shelters that actually distribute narcan. Trying to get it into the 
shelters here in SF, and want to see what other places have in 
writing--anything will help.
