[HARMRED] heroin distribution clinics

Hey Ya'll-

A long a while ago, there was a really awesome video about about heroin distribution clinics in Europe, pretty sure someone sent it on this list serve. I'm not sure which one it was, or what country  it took place in.  Im wanting to show this video in my class and I cant find it anywhere.  It was a great video/clip that showed a fantastic improvement of individuals lives and showed a tour of the clinic.  Can anyone direct me towards a short video or clip??  Thank would be wonderful!!
