Does anyone know of local needle exchange regulations in medium size cities
that might be comparable to Pittsburgh?  We are trying to get a regulation
that prohibits a site within 1500 feet of a school, daycare center or drug
treatment program changed and are looking for regulations from other cities
or counties to cite.

We are particularly interested in Detroit and Buffalo, as we have been told
that our city/county representatives consider these to be comparable, but
anything we can find may be of help.
