The DRCNet world-web-site is now under construction. This site will provide web-explorers with a comprehensive overview of America's Drug War. The project is huge, and we need all the help we can get. If you are willing to spend a little time converting documents to HTML format, or have scanning equipment and OCR and/or imaging software you can use, please contact us at [email protected]. Even better would be to subscribe to the drcwww mailing list; to do so send e-mail to [email protected] with the line "subscribe drcwww firstname lastname" in the message. A preliminary outline of the site can be viewed at http://drcnet.org/~drcnet. Please be advised that most sections of it are still empty. The exception is "DRCNet Publications," which contains issue #6 of The Activist Guide.
