US Drug Czar Barry McCaffrey will speak at American University in Washington on Wednesday Nov. 13, at 7:45pm, Ward Room #2, 4400 Massachusetts Ave., NW. The American University chapter of NORML is planning a peaceful protest of McCaffrey's opposition to medical marijuana. Protest posters will be provided.
