Two additional co-sponsors have signed onto the Atlanta Harm Reduction Working Group 1996 conference since our previous bulletin was written: Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (a federal agency) and the American Civil Liberties Union of Georgia. The Atlanta conference is taking place on Friday and Saturday, March 22 & 23.
