Activist John Humphrey of California is in the process of completing a series of educational videos about the War on Drugs. His thirteen-show series includes, among other things, footage of "Hoover" Resolution writers Clifford Schaffer and Judge James P. Gray at work, the federal government's WWII movie "Hemp for Victory", and interviews with Drug War POWs -- harmless people who have been sentenced to long, mandatory minimum prison sentences for trivial offenses. Mr. Humphrey wishes to make these videos available at the lowest possible cost. The entire series will be available probably for less than $10, including postage. Each show is slightly under half an hour, and is intended to be played on local-access cable channels. (Broadcast- quality copies will be a bit more expensive.)
