Entry: No purchase/online entry necessary. You must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for this sweepstakes. Limit one entry per person. To enter online, complete an official entry form which is displayed on the main contest page. You will be asked to provide your first and last name, address, and email address. You will also be asked to answer several optional questions, however, these need not be answered in order to be eligible for the contest. The contest begins October 29, 2002 and ends November 12, 2002. All online entries must be received by 11:59PM ET on November 12, 2002. To enter by mail, send a 3x5 card on which you have handprinted your first and last name, address, and e-mail address (if available) to: DRCNet Drug Crazy Contest; P.O. Box 18402, Washington, DC 20036. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by November 12, 2002 and received by November 18, 2002. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON, REGARDLESS OF MEANS OF ENTRY. No responsibility is assumed by DRCNet for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, or mutilated entries or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur.

Winner Selection: Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about November 18, 2002. Winners will be notified by e-mail within 14 days of selection. If winner is unreachable after 14 days, or if winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected at random from all remaining eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Prizes: Five (5) winners will each receive one of the following: a signed copy of "Drug War Addiction," personally autographed by Sheriff Bill Masters. No substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted except by DRCNet. DRCNet reserves the right to substitute prize with another prize of equal or greater value.

Eligibility: This contest is open to anyone over the age of eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees or officers of DRCNet, members of DRCNet's Board of Directors or Advisory Board, their respective parents and the immediate family members of each are not eligible.

General Conditions: Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of DRCNet which are final on all matters pertaining to contest. DRCNet will not be held liable for any claims or actions in connection with this prize. This contest is governed by the laws of the United States. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Entrants further grant to DRCNet the right to use and publish their proper name and state online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the Contest. By entering, participants release and hold harmless DRCNet their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, and employees from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest or any prize won. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations apply.

Conduct: By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. DRCNet reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the game or website; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
